Overview


Emmett Witkovsky-Eldred focuses his practice on litigation in the US Supreme Court, US Courts of Appeals, and state appellate courts. He handles matters in substantive areas including constitutional and administrative law. Emmett also litigates major motions at the trial-court level.

Prior to rejoining the Firm, Emmett was a law clerk to the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

During law school, Emmett served as a student director of the Yale Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic and as co-president of the Yale chapter of the American Constitution Society.
