Overview
Elizabeth L. Tran focuses her practice on litigation involving trust and estate issues. She has experience with conservatorships, real estate matters, corporate and commercial disputes, and other civil litigation at the state and federal levels.
Following law school, Elizabeth completed a three-year clerkship at the US Court of Federal Claims, Office of Special Masters.
While earning her law degree, Elizabeth was the recipient of various awards and scholarships, served as a teaching assistant, participated in the Education Law Clinic, and was a member of the New York Law School Law Review.
