Ralph DeJong commented on interim guidance released by the Internal Revenue Service regarding section 4960 of the Tax Cuts and Job Acts. “Exempt organizations will now be challenged to understand and implement this substantial guidance quickly in the new year, so they can determine the tax impact and consider operational changes going forward that could reduce their 4960 tax exposure,” DeJong said.
