Overview
Jonathan Bryant is an associate in the London Finance, Restructuring and Special Situations Group and focuses his practice on cross-border leveraged finance transactions, advising corporate borrowers and issuers, private equity firms and other institutional investors.
Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Jonathan was associate at an international law firm where he maintained an active pro bono practice.

- Advised Barings in connection with its financing of Zenchef and CoverManager
- Advised funders in relation to TLB financings of up to USD 2bn*
- Advised the lenders on a bridge financing for a major Polish acquisition*
- Assisted with bespoke arrangements for the refinancing of investor bridge loans by way of loans and note issuances*
- Advised on the creation of a multi-currency PIK arrangement for the purchase of a Canadian business*
- Assisted in drafting a holdco PIK facilities agreement*
- Negotiated secured asset backed debt facilities for a leading retail chain*
- Advised the sponsor in relation to a unitranche financing of professional service firms and subsequent bolt-on acquisitions*
