Amber Bolden focuses her practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters.
While in law school, Amber served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She was also the executive managing editor for the Journal on Emerging Technologies and served on the executive board of the Intellectual Property Law Society at Notre Dame Law School.
