Overview
Harry (Ha) Dao focuses his practice on wealth management, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, trust and estate administration, business succession, charitable planning and governance, and contested trust and tax matters.
Prior to joining McDermott, Harry worked as a financial planner at a reputable Texas-based wealth management firm, and as a law clerk at another law firm specializing in estate planning, probate, and related taxation.
While in law school, Harry was an article editor of The Alabama Law Review and won the first place in the ABA RPTE student writing competition.
