International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented AirSculpt Technologies, Inc., a national provider of premium body contouring procedures, in connection with an “at-the-market” (ATM) equity offering program led by Leerink Partners LLC, as sales agent, to sell up to $50 million of shares of common stock.
