He primarily represents official committees, ad hoc groups, bondholder groups, and litigation trusts and has experience in a range of industries, including gaming, retail, and private equity.
Among other noteworthy matters, Nate has advised official committees of unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy cases of Express, Forever 21, Hexion, and Toys “R” Us. He assisted in the bankruptcy case of a national hotel and casino entertainment company involving approximately $3.6 billion in first-lien bonds and was a member of the team that represented the official committee of unsecured creditors in the largest bankruptcy of 2012.
