Anne is a seasoned white-collar defense, corporate investigations, and compliance lawyer who assists clients in navigating complex ethics, fraud, and corruption issues. Additionally, she conducts internal investigations for companies or their boards, addressing allegations of bribery, corruption, accounting fraud, earnings management, improper revenue recognition, embezzlement, and other forms of misconduct.
