April 30, 2025 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is proud to announce that Chris Foster has been recognized as a Lawyer on the Fast Track as part of The Recorder’s California Legal Awards 2025.
As head of McDermott’s Traditional Labor subgroup, Chris represents companies in union organizing, election, and decertification campaigns, as well as NLRB unfair labor practice investigations, trials, and appeals. He defends employers in arbitrations involving contract disputes and terminations, and against state and federal claims such as wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Chris also advises individuals, families, closely held businesses, private foundations, and non-profits on employment issues, training, compliance, risk mitigation, and related claims and litigation.
