Overview
Evan E. Kroll represents companies of all sizes in high-stakes employment litigation. His practice includes handling whistleblower complaints and retaliation, discrimination, and breach of contract claims, while helping clients navigate the nuances of California employment law. With significant experience handling all types of employment disputes from start to finish, including but not limited to second chairing trials, Evan defends employers against single-plaintiff lawsuits, class actions, and Private Attorneys General Act representative actions.
In addition, Evan advises employers on proactive compliance strategies, including developing and implementing employee handbooks and policy changes.
