John Bridge

Overview

John Bridge is a seasoned projects lawyer with more than a decade of experience structuring, negotiating, and closing complex transactions across the energy and infrastructure landscape. With deep experience in utility-scale solar, storage, and emerging markets such as data centers and advanced nuclear, John has advised sponsors, lenders, and investors on projects totaling several gigawatts and billions in capital deployment.

In addition to his legal practice, John is the founder of a utility-scale solar and storage development company, where he oversaw land acquisition, interconnection, permitting, and offtake strategy, giving him firsthand insight into the commercial realities that shape energy infrastructure deals. This dual perspective makes him uniquely effective at bridging legal precision with project execution.

John represents clients in debt financings, tax equity structures, project investments, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). His approach is practical, solution-oriented, and rooted in a strong command of both transactional law and the energy markets.
