International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Two Seas Capital LP in its successful proxy campaign against Core Scientific, Inc.’s proposed sale to CoreWeave, Inc. on the terms announced on July 7, 2025. On October 30, 2025, Core Scientific shareholders voted against the proposed transaction.

The McDermott team was led by Ele Klein and Brandon Gold, and included Daniel Goldstein, Samuel Dayan, Sarah Reichek, and John Treon.
