Ivan Presant and Jeffrey Meyers are new corporate and transactional lateral partners in New York. Mr. Presant has advised clients on mergers, negotiated and unsolicited tender offers, and stock and asset purchases and sales. Mr. Meyers, head of the energy and project finance practice at his former firm, works on global energy transactions with a particular emphasis on North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.
