Sabine Konrad, who represents Germany in ICSID arbitration over Vattenfall’s damage claim for losses from Germany’s 2011 nuclear power shutdown, told the tribunal that Vattenfall still had not provided accurate loss figures. “We have always asked about it, and it has always been postponed, which seems to be a certain pattern,” Ms. Konrad said, adding that the shutdown reflected “a comprehensive revision of nuclear energy policy.”
