McDermott was a finalist in 14 categories of the 11th annual Americas Tax Awards, to be presented in New York on September 15, 2016. The categories include six US regional recognitions, individual recognitions for Jane May and Todd Welty, and recognition as North America and Americas Tax Firm of the Year.
