Holder Touts Bigger Payouts for Whistleblowers

Eugene Goldman cautioned that Attorney General Holder’s proposal to increase rewards for financial crime whistleblowers would “expand large bounty payments to a new world of whistleblowers [and] would take years of review, hearings and an assessment of the SEC’s relatively new program.”
