Overview
Dr. Wolfgang Raitz von Frentz, Dr. Christian Masch and associate Oliver Fischer were the McDermott Munich lawyers representing Infineon in settling a patent dispute with an insolvent semiconductor manufacturer. McDermott led the bankruptcy proceedings and also handled the patent part of the settlement negotiations.
