Overview
Ankur Gupta was counsel to the Cohen Brian Head Development LLC in purchasing the Grand Lodge at Brian Head, a luxury ski resort, while Timothy Walsh handled the litigation related to the acquisition of the Braffits Mountain property out of bankruptcy court for the Cohen Braffits Estates Development, LLC. Both client entities are affiliated with New York City-based real estate investor Zohar Cohen.
