Overview
Stephen Kranz was noted as being among the witnesses who addressed online sales taxation issues in a House Judiciary Committee hearing. In general the witnesses warned that without any congressional action, the states would continue harshly interpreting current laws to collect taxes from nonstate retailers making online sales.
