Dr. Daniel Klein focuses his practice on commercial agreements, as well as litigation and arbitration. He emphasizes on directors and officers (D&O) liability disputes, including inter alia, claims related to insolvencies and merger and acquisition transactions, as well as general commercial law disputes. Beside his litigation practice, Daniel advises national and international companies on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of general terms and conditions and standard contracts, as well as on regulatory and compliance issues. Daniel also has extensive experience in international procedural law issues, including the taking of depositions in cross-border litigation.
As a legal trainee, Daniel worked at the Hanseatic Court of Appeal, the European Competition Commission in Brussels and for two international law firms in Hamburg and San Francisco.
