Partners Anh Lee and Byron Kalogerou will be panelists at the at the American Bar Association’s 2018 Business Law Section Spring Meeting in Orlando on April 13, 2018, sponsored by the Young Lawyers’ Division and Commercial Finance committee.

Anh will be speaking on the panel for “Confidentiality Provisions in Secured and Unsecured Loan Agreements: Key Issues to Consider,” and Byron will be on the panel for “Legal Project Management in M&A, Version 2.0 – A Look at the Second Edition of the LPM in M&A Guidebook.”

Byron will also be honored by the ABA Business Section for the publication of the second edition of the ABA’s highly successful “Guidebook to Using Legal Project Management in Merger and Acquisition Transactions,” which will be released at the meeting.
