It is not always easy to tell where intangibles are hiding out in your assessments. Have you made sure that they are excluded? The speakers in this session will provide guidance on how to make sure your intangibles are removed from assessments. The session will include a survey of what was largely a good year in the development of the law on intangible cases, including DFS v. San Mateo, a major taxpayer victory.
