Alden Bianchi will be presenting at the 2023 Staffing Law Conference hosted by the American Staffing Association. The conference, which will be held on May 18–19 in Washington, DC, focuses on legal and regulatory issues facing staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions companies. Alden will present on a panel titled “Buyer Beware! Potential Risks with Employee Health Plans, EOR Services, and Online Platforms”, where he will discuss employee benefits-related products, services, and strategies that may pose legal risks to staffing agencies, their employees, and clients.
