Boomer, Gen X, Millennial, Gen Z: Each generation is shaped by its times, but all tax practitioners can find common ground. Learning how to communicate across generations will strengthen our shared commitment to client service and help eliminate generational bias within our firms and in tax practice. For this panel we have asked younger attorneys to pose questions to more seasoned practitioners, and we have also asked the more seasoned practitioners to tell us the messages they most want to share.
