40th Annual Duke Estate Planning Conference

40th Annual Duke Estate Planning Conference

Overview

Partner Nicole K. Mann will speak on ‘Post-Mortem Administration Issues and How to Prevent Them’ as part of the 40th Annual Duke Estate Planning Conference, hosted at Duke University on October 11-12, 2018.

This session will include a “post-mortem” review of both real and hypothetical cases in which significant problems surfaced during estate administration. The speakers will examine those post-death administrative nightmares to advise what, if any, preventative measures could have been taken at the estate planning stage to avoid the later problems.
