In this webinar, you will learn about the origins of the EHDS regulatory proposal, and how it seeks to advance the use of health information for research, clinical innovation, public health, and care delivery. You’ll also learn about the obligations and opportunities the EHDS proposal creates for data holders (including providers, hospitals, and research institutions), digital health and technology companies, and other organizations across the health care industry. We will also explore how themes in the EHDS proposal relate to a patchwork of other relevant existing laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Medical Devices Regulation, as well as the proposed EU laws, such as the EU AI Act.
