Toni Ann Kruse led a fundamentals program hosted by the American Bar Association, Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section, focusing on skills training for estate planners.

The session reviewed the steps in an estate administration and considerations for executors, as well as the operational side of trusts including the role of trust accountings and the duties of a trustee.
