At the IAPP Europe Data Protection Congress 2024, Matúš Huba spoke on a breakout session focused on the EU’s landmark Digital Services Act and the entry into force of the Political Advertising Regulation. The panel explored how best to join the dots as to how these heightened rules of transparency apply, taking a close look at the role of industry standards and best practices.
