On November 3, 2022, John Karasek moderated a panel discussion: Corporate AMT and Pillar 2 Calculation Challenges – How to Build your Model and your Team – at the IFA USA New England Regional Fall Conference. The panel addressed some of the complexities underlying each calculation, and the interaction with US rules, such as Subpart F, GILTI and Section 338.
