Andrew Liazos will participate in a keynote panel session entitled, “The Changing Role of the Compensation Committee in the Wake of Wells Fargo” at the 26^th Annual NASPP Conference & Exhibition in San Diego, California.

The panel will offer guidance on what companies should be doing to assess and manage compensation program risk, with a focus on the use of clawbacks in cases of significant financial or reputational harm to a company.
