Partner Elliot Golding is participating as a moderator in an upcoming American Bar Association (ABA) webinar titled, “Operationalizing New US Data Subject Rights Requested: Practical Tips and Advice” on November 9, 2022.

As new privacy laws are set to take effect in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah throughout 2023, outside and in-house counsels will provide practical advice on implementing the new data subject rights requests and will discuss use cases during this webinar.
