Arianne Plasencia joined the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Miami chapter for a lunch and learn titled, “The US Income Tax Implications of Itinerant Trustees and Beneficiaries,” on February 16, 2023. Arianne presentation discussed US federal and state income tax consequences that may arise when family members who are trustees or beneficiaries of trusts move to different jurisdictions.
