Doug Koff is serving as co-chair and speaking at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Understanding the Securities Laws 2025 program. This two-day program provides a comprehensive introduction to the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, with a focus on real-world applications in public and private offerings, US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, corporate transactions, and enforcement.
