This two-day program provides a comprehensive introduction to the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, with a focus on real-world applications in public and private offerings, US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, corporate transactions, and enforcement. Attendees will gain practical tools for working with the SEC and drafting disclosures, and an understanding of the ethical and legal considerations that shape securities law practice today.
