Overview
Mark Pearlstein represented a hedge fund executive and his fund regarding fraud charges brought by investigators of the Bernard Madoff Ponzi scheme. The executive and his father pled guilty to the charges, and Mr. Pearlstein said that “they’ve accepted responsibility for what has been charged and they look forward to helping to compensate the investors through a significant order of restitution and hopefully moving forward and putting this behind them.” Read the full article
