Final Exec Comp Deduction Limit Regs Won’t Expand Relief to RSUs

Andrew Liazos, speaking at the American Bar Association’s Executive Compensation National Institute in Chicago, asked a Treasury official whether, as part of technical corrections to the final section 162(m) regulations on excessive compensation, Treasury might loosen the rules that restrict changes to the form of payment.
