Overview
Emmanuelle Trombe has joined McDermott’s Paris office to become head of the life sciences practice there. Formerly with another global law firm, Ms. Trombe has extensive experience in all areas of commercial law and corporate law, particularly involving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices. She regularly advises French companies in Europe and America regarding mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing projects, cooperation agreements and licensing and regulatory issues.
