Frankfurt, December 21, 2022 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery advised Ratiodata SE on the acquisition of FSE Services GmbH.
FSE Services GmbH, headquartered in Potsdam, Germany is an IT service provider specializing in workplace management and infrastructure. The company focuses on consulting and implementation of projects with Microsoft, VMWare technologies and the software distributions Ivanti DSM, SCCM, AGMP and Baramundi.
Ratiodata is one of the largest system houses and service providers for banking technology and document digitalisation with around 2300 employees in 21 locations in Germany, Luxembourg and Romania. The Ratiodata Group comprises the subsidiaries Ratiodata Luxemburg S.à r.l., Accesa IT Group and Ratiodata Romania S.r.l. (RaRo).
The McDermott team led by partner Michael Cziesla regularly advises on transactions in the software and tech sector, inter alia for Ratiodata, Atruvia and Investcorp.
