McDermott Will & Emery advised HÖR Technologie GmbH on the sale of Pichler & Strobl GmbH to a consortium of bidders including Invest AG, BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft, Wohlfart Beteiligungs GmbH, CR Management and Investment GmbH.
Pichler & Strobl GmbH, based in Anthering near Salzburg, produces CNC precision parts and assemblies for companies in the semiconductor industry. With around 120 employees, the company specializes primarily in prototypes and small series.
Founded in 1979, HÖR Technologie GmbH develops and manufactures complete gears and technically sophisticated individual parts, such as camshafts, eccentric shafts and gear components. HÖR has locations in Weiden/Oberpfalz, Mitterteich and Neustadt/Weinstrasse and primarily serves customers in the motorsport, motorcycle and automotive sectors.
The team advising HÖR Technologie was led by partner Michael Cziesla, and included partner Heiko Kermer, counsel Christian Marzlin and Marcus Fischer as well as associate Lisa Schickling.
