Clemens Just led a team of lawyers from Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Munich and Dallas who provided corporate, labor, real estate, antitrust and tax advice as the previous majority shareholder of technology company imes-icore sold his stake to Ardian. The team included Norman Wasse,Markus Hill, Tobias Riemenschneider, Anna Steudner, Gudrun Germakowski, Maximilian Baur, Arbeitsrecht, Maximilian Baur, Holger Weiß, Daniel von Brevern and Erin Turley.
