Focuses on securities, complex commercial, trusts and estates, and shareholder activism litigation.

Alexandra also advises on internal and government investigations relating to federal securities laws.

As part of her pro bono work, she was among the Schulte lawyers who worked in conjunction with the Southern Poverty Law Center, the League of Women Voters, and Stand-Up Mobile to submit an amicus brief to the US Supreme Court in Merrill v. Milligan outlining how Black Alabamians have been systematically deprived of their right to elect candidates of their choice.
