Overview
Alexis March focuses her practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters. She advises debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders across a variety of industries in connection with in- and out-of-court restructurings and related transactions. Alexis has also advised clients on employment, equity, retention, severance, and other executive compensation arrangements, as well as the executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions.
While in law school, Alexis served as a summer extern for the Honorable Timothy A. Barnes of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She was also an articles editor for the University of Illinois Law Review.
