Emilia Bonine focuses her practice on EU and Belgian antitrust and competition law matters. She advises clients across a wide range of antitrust issues, including national, European and global cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, international compliance matters and multijurisdictional merger control filings.

Emilia has significant experience in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors, which constitute the core areas of her practice. She has particular strength in advising pharmaceutical clients on cross cutting issues at the intersection of competition law, intellectual property law and regulatory frameworks. Her broader experience also spans the transport and infrastructure, chemical, consumer products and financial services sectors.

Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Emilia was an associate at a global law firm in Brussels.
