She has defended major accounting firms in significant investigations led by federal and state regulators, including the US Department of Justice (DOJ), the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general.

- Secured a multimillion-dollar jury verdict for BASF Corporation following a six-day jury trial of a patent and antitrust litigation case*

- Represented Peloton Interactive, Inc. in copyright litigation brought by music publishers*

- Represented L Catterton and certain affiliated directors in connection with investigations into VER Technologies Holdco LLC’s Chapter 11 cases and its debtor affiliates*
- Provided litigation-related advice to the Ad Hoc Committee of First Lien Term Loan Lenders in connection with the successful restructuring of Payless ShoeSource through a confirmed reorganization plan in the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases*
- Represented one of the largest US consumer credit reporting agencies in putative class actions alleging violations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act*
- Represented a large professional services firm in litigation involving a state’s transition to a managed care Medicaid program*
- Represented a multinational professional services firm in internal and multijurisdictional investigations*
- Represented a large professional services firm in government enforcement actions and third-party litigation in connection with the misuse of consumer data*
- Represented WestRock Company on antitrust aspects of its multibillion-dollar acquisition of KapStone Paper & Packaging, which was cleared by the DOJ without enforcement action*
- Represented a senior executive of an international capacitors manufacturer in connection with a multijurisdictional cartel investigation*
- Served as the lead managing associate on an all-women team retained by the US Soccer Federation to conduct a year-long independent investigation into allegations of abuse and sexual misconduct*
