Overview
Anthony Ferrara focuses his practice on antitrust and litigation matters. He represents clients in connection with complex antitrust litigation in federal courts and other forums across the country.
Anthony has defended clients in class actions and other litigation alleging a variety of antitrust and unfair competition theories, including price-fixing, market allocation, exclusive dealing, group boycott, monopolization, and tying. In addition, Anthony advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, including defending transactions before the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice, and other regulators. He also assists third parties whose interests are affected by proposed transactions.
Anthony has assisted clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and defense, and consumer products. In addition to his antitrust work, he maintains an active pro bono practice.

- Defended a pharmaceutical manufacturer in class action litigation alleging price-fixing and market allocation
- Obtained a favorable settlement for an electronic health records company in class action litigation alleging conspiracy and exclusive dealing
- Won summary judgment on all counts in a case alleging theft of competitively sensitive information from competing technology development company
- Obtained dismissal of tying claims brought against a building materials company
- Represented Lockheed Martin in multiple strategic acquisitions
- Secured clearance for Prime Therapeutics’ $1.35 billion acquisition of Magellan Rx
- Secured clearance for Constellation Brands’ sale of 30+ wine and spirit brands to E. & J. Gallo
