Overview
Freddie W. Alvarado is a member of the Firm’s Investment Funds Group. He represents asset managers in the structuring, formation, and operation of private funds, including buyout funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, co-investment funds, and continuation funds. His experience comprises drafting offering, formation, and governing documents for private fund clients, including private placement memoranda, investment management agreements, subscription documents, non-disclosure agreements, limited liability company agreements, limited partnership agreements, and investor side letters.
During law school, Freddie served as associate editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.
