Overview
Holly H. Weiss focused her practice on the representation of employers in all aspects of employment law and employee relations. She litigated disputes involving restrictive covenants, ERISA claims, executive compensation, employment agreements, statutory employment discrimination claims, and common law tort and contract claims in federal and state courts, before administrative and government agencies and in arbitral forums. Her practice also included advising employers on employment law compliance, best practices, human resources matters, hiring and termination, and litigation avoidance; drafting and negotiating employment agreements, separation agreements, data security and privacy policies and other employment-related agreements; and providing training and conducting investigations. With considerable expertise about employer obligations and best practices with respect to sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace, Holly also designed anti-sexual harassment training programs, policies and procedures.
Holly earned a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
