Jared Mezzatesta focuses his practice on restructuring and bankruptcy matters. He represents debtors, creditors, ad hoc groups of lenders, and equity holders in connection with complex domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings, distressed financings, asset sales, liability management planning, chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, and out-of-court strategic advisory matters.

- Advised a publicly traded airline through its chapter 11 bankruptcy, resulting in a $1.2 billion investment from a consortium to obtain a majority stake in the company*
