Focuses on all aspects of residential real estate, including representing purchasers and sellers in the purchase and sale of high-end residential coops, condos and single-family homes in New York; representing landlords and tenants in residential leases; representing borrowers in refinances of residential properties; and transfers of properties for estate planning purposes.
Jill also represents purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of small commercial buildings.
