Overview
Cheng-Hau Kee is a member of the Firm’s Investment Funds Group. They counsel private fund clients in connection with issues of formation, capital raising, structuring, investor negotiations and ongoing operations.
While in law school, they served as a legal intern for Immigration Equality, an LGBTQ+ and HIV-positive immigrant rights organization, as an OUTLaw co-chair and as the diversity and inclusion editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law.
